Submissions deadline is the 7th of every month

All  submissions text must be
copy-ready in Times New Roman Font size 14.

Feel free to include
images and photos in file format jpeg, png, or gif.

Teachers, staff, PO chairs & board members, parents & students are all welcome to submit articles, this is a great way to keep our families informed.

The newsletter is published on the 10th of every month and sent by
email.

If you would like to volunteer for this committee or submit an article
to the P.O.’s newsletter, please contact us.

Our production schedule is nine times throughout the school year, from August to May.

This committee contacts the school community, staff and PO Executive
Board to obtain information pertinent to the Scottsdale Prep families.
Once the newsletter is drafted and edited, the final copy is submitted
to the Headmaster and PO President for review.
